The processing of personal data will be carried out by electronic means, observing GDPR provisions, and will be stored for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes.

Solely IIT’s Staff, appointed as Persons Authorized to process personal data, will process your personal data.

Personal data will not be disclosed or transferred to any third party.

In particular, you have the right to access to your personal data, to obtain the updating, the adjustment and the erasure of the personal data and exercise the rights to restrict and to object the data processing.

Furthermore, you can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before your withdrawal, and whether you think that the processing violate the rules on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.

Finally, we inform you that there is no type of automated decision-making process for the processing of the above data, pursuant to Article 22 of GDPR.
